Katheryn Murphy

Born and raised here in Broome County, I've always had a passion for real estate and appreciate what this area has to offer. Having a Bachelor's degree in Business Marketing, I have a creative mindset and an eye for seeing potential in a home. I enjoy helping others and I am excited to be part of such an exciting journey. I will value each and every relationship and will strive to provide guidance, hoestly, and integrity - and be available when you need assistance the most.
 
In this ever evolving industry, I chose Exit Realty Homeward Bound because they are a local leader in the industry. I was especially drawn to their knowledge of the market, their professionalism and willingness to be innovative and efficient to the changing demands of the market.
 
I am currently a Project Manager in the Energy Efficiency Department at New York State Electric & Gas and in my spare time, I enjoy cooking, photography and running. I live with my husband and two busy daughters, who keep me on my toes!
