Hallie Kerr

Hallie Kerr is a proud 3rd generation native of Colorado, having grown up in the picturesque town of Woodland Park, also known as The City Above The Clouds. She spent most of her younger years on her grandparents' Dude Ranch, the Triple B, where she developed her love for horses, dirt roads, and aspen groves. Being able to wake up every morning with the stunning Pikes Peak in view cemented her love for her home state.

Hallie has always been drawn to the feel of small towns, and she enjoyed playing softball and basketball in high school, as well as cheering on her school's football team on Friday nights. Many of her fondest memories involve camping trips and exploring the mountains with her family.

After getting married, Hallie and her husband moved to Canon City around 20 years ago. They started their family in another great small town, and Hallie's boys are now heavily involved in sports such as baseball, football, and basketball. Whenever they have any free time, they enjoy fishing in the area's beautiful rivers and lakes.

Hallie's passion for real estate began at a young age when she purchased her first property at 18. It has since become her life's work to help others find their love for home ownership as well. Hallie is dedicated to helping her clients find their dream home and make the home buying process as smooth and stress-free as possible.
