Lois Nash

A life-long resident of Long Island, Lois Nash sells residential properties throughout Suffolk and Nassau, and can service clients nationwide, through a network of Realtors. "Education is paramount to exceeding my clients' expectations,"says Lois, "so I have advanced my real estate education by earning the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation, and the REALTOR Short Sale Professional designation, in addition to other real estate classes."
Lois enjoys taking a direct, hands-on approach with her clients and is well supported by her superb office support staff at Exit Realty Achieve. She and her team use the latest internet technologies to expertly market and find homes. Lois is a member in good standing of the Long Island Board of REALTORS(LIBOR), New York State Association of REALTORS (NYSAR) and the National Association of REALTORS (NAR) in addition to the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). She is honored to serve as a Director for LIBOR's Suffolk North Shore Chapter.
As a pastor as well as a REALTOR, Lois has served her community in many service projects, food and clothing outreaches and much more. Lois and EXIT Realty also support Habitat for Humanity. To date EXIT has donated over $2 Million to the charity and built more than 15 Habitat Homes. She says, "I've had the pleasure of working on a Habitat build, and seeing a financially challenged family realize their dream of home ownership is always a real thrill."
