Joseph Abraham Guirguis

Although I grew up in Canada, and I went to University of Waterloo, I have been visiting Sarasota since 1980. I watched Sarasota expand and grow from a few old subdivisions, such as The Landings, Bent Tree, Country Club of Sarasota, to the most exquisite and lavish ones such as: Prestancia, Laurel Oak Estates, University Park Country Club, the Oaks Club, Foundation Club, Silver Oak, and Lakewood Ranch Country Club.
I have a medical background and worked in Pathology, Palliative Care, and Hospice for many years, yet for all the years of my adult life, I have been buying properties for my self as well as helping family and friends finding homes and investment properties, as a hobby.
For decades, I have helped many families relocate from Canada, The UK, as well as many other countries and states to Sarasota. I have also helped individuals in acquiring investment properties and vacation homes.
I have also helped First-time buyers, as well as, military families to buy their starter home.
I have young children who attend school in the Sarasota County School district, and am quite familiar with the best schools and universities and the best family safe subdivisions.
I have also helped many couples down size after their children left home for college, or buy their dream beach front condo to retire.
