Kathy Franklin

I was born and raised in North Mobile and moved to the Eastern Shore nearly 20 years ago, and it immediately felt like home. I am the proud mother of four amazing children, Blake, Sqyer, Megan, and Bailee, and Nana to one grand-daughter, Collins Grace. I enjoy spending time with them as well as my best friend and husband Dug. Having their love and support has always been my super power.
 
I am a retired dental hygienist of many years; I was passionate about my craft, I loved my work family, and many of my patients have become life-long friends. I was truly blessed to have found a career that gave back what I put in, and for that I am forever grateful.
 
Real estate has also been a passion of mine, but to me a home is more than just brick and mortar, its a place of happiness and memories.  I look forward to connecting with my clients needs during the sale or purchase their home or property. I am committed to providing the most stress-free experience possible, allowing my clients to focus on the excitement of closing day. Honesty and transparency will be the foundation of our relationship. I look forward to working for you.
