My name is Joseph Watkins,
I am a dedicated and professional Realtor® specializing in Seniors Real Estate SRES®, committed to providing personalized and compassionate service tailored to the unique needs of older adults. With expertise in navigating the complexities of the real estate market, I strive to make each transaction smooth, stress-free, and beneficial for my clients.
2013 I moved to Clarksville TN. I moved into a rental house that I never seen in person. To my surprise my neighbors were the best people a person could ask for. 12 years later, and after buying a house, I’ve found, that’s just Tennessee for ya! I’m now a property owner of hobby farm in Cumberland Furnace, TN!
After working as a BMW Technician for over 20 years and teaching at NADC (aka Lincoln Tech) I have found myself in Real Estate!! Wrenches To Real Estate you could say!
