Marian Stallings

Greetings!  I am much obliged that you have taken time to view my bio.  A little bit about myself, I was raised in the Chicagoland area.  I grew up surrounded by the most beautiful architecture in the world, my opinion of course, but an opinion shared by many!  It is here where I developed my love of Real Estate.  I had established a pretty impressive portfolio before I lost my business partner and had to liquidate.  I switched gears and attempted my hand at owning a restaurant, which was a successful venture until my hub grew to be a prime spot and I was priced out of the location.   
I decided to start over in a new area and found myself here in the Quad Cities.  The architecture here is very impressive.  I am pleasantly surprised and often in awe of the beautiful vintage homes still standing and fully restored and very well maintained.  It is this reason I decided to return to my passion, Real Estate.   
I am very attentive to my clients and work very diligently for each one.  I understand that not everyone has the same wants and needs; I will use my expertise to take care of you.  Whether its the best price for your property or the fenced in yard for you dogs, I will get the deal done!  I look forward to working with you!
