in 2019, I was presented an amazing opportunity with a company I knew little about. I didn't realize how much I would grow professionally by being able to assist agents, plan marketing promotions, as well as organize trainings for our entire region, all while recognizing what clients were looking for in a real estate company they could trust.
The greatest gain I was offered is the cherished relationships that I've built. Whether it be an agent, broker, lender, title attorney, inspector, appraiser, or repairman, each one of these made an impact on me. I feel they saw something in me that, at the time, I didn't see in myself. For our conversations usually ended with them asking, "When are you going to get your license?"
I felt content where I was. I love seeing others succeed and my help in them meeting their goals is what fueled me. I felt content to be in the background and I thrived on that.
Over time I felt that push and extra encouragement from some very special people. I realized that I didn''t have to give up anything that drives me, while taking things a step further, so I set my goal on becoming a realtor. Being able to continue my works while giving my clients the opportunity to sell or purchase their starter home, their dream home, or grow their real estate investment portfolio, would still fuel me.
