 My name is Caranda D. Adams, and I am a proud Tennessee native with strong roots in the West Tennessee and Mid-South region. While I’m most familiar with these communities, I am dedicated to assisting clients anywhere in Tennessee with their real estate needs. As a licensed real estate professional with four years of experience, I understand the importance of earning my clients’ trust and building lasting relationships. I treat every client like family and work diligently to ensure that each transaction is as smooth, transparent, and stress-free as possible. I am a proud graduate of the University of Tennessee at Martin, where I earned my Bachelor of Science in Sociology, and I graduated from Union University with a Master’s Degree in Education. In addition to my work in real estate, I am also active in the field of education, where I continue to make a positive impact in my community. Before beginning my real estate career, I gained valuable experience in mental health and healthcare administration. These roles taught me the importance of discipline, patience, and effective communication—skills that continue to guide my success in real estate today.
