HI!  My name is Wendy Grant and I have lived and worked in Guadalupe, Bexar and Wilson Counties for over 40 years.  This gives me a deep and extensive knowledge of South Central Texas from the bigger towns of San Antonio, Seguin, and New Braunfels to my current communities of Floresville and Stockdale.  My roots in this area allow me the greatest knowledge to help you sell or find YOUR PIECE OF TEXAS. 
I have been a licensed REALTOR since 2019. I hit the ground running since day 1 with over 50 homes bought and sold for my clients already.  I have received the Top Producer Award every year from 2019-2022 as well as Rookie of the Year for 2019 and Multi-Million Producer for 2022.  Previously, I spent 10 years in marketing which allows me a base to aggressively present the best marketing plan to sell your home or property.  I love helping people and this has instilled a passion and drive to provide the best home selection that I can find for you.

When I am not advocating for my buyers and sellers, I enjoy spending time with my husband and sons.  We enjoy serving at First Baptist Church Stockdale and being outdoors fishing, hunting, and camping.  Our home is always busy with dogs and cats that I have rescued and provided a forever home for.  There is never a dull moment in the Grant home!!
