Marty Stevenson

Marty Stevensons professional background brings a unique perspective to his approach to commercial real estate.  A Traverse City native, Marty received a bachelors and a masters degree in Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University, then returned to Traverse City and began work at a local engineering firm.  After a decade of project management and project engineering as a Professional Engineer, he left engineering to join a tech start-up company.  Following a hectic 3-year ride in the start-up world, Marty chose to dovetail his experience as a local landlord and an environmental engineer into a unique customer-focused approach to commercial real estate.
 
As a professional commercial Realtor®, Marty has assisted clients with selling, buying, and leasing commercial real estate throughout Northern Michigan, with a focus on the greater Traverse City market.
