Thomas Marr

Thomas Marr has been in real estate for 43 years. He graduated from the University of South Alabama with a degree in Finance. He obtained his real estate license at the age of 20 while attending college. He owned the first Century 21 franchise, Century 21 Marr & Associates, in Mobile, Alabama. He closed it in 1982 and worked in the Orange Beach, Gulf Shores area of Alabama for the next 25 years.
In 1996 he was the number "1" realtor in Baldwin County. He was the qualifying broker and part owner of Gulf Coast Realty Co. for 18 years. He moved to Point Clear and has been listing and selling real estate in Fairhope for the last several years. He sold and now manges the Point Clear Tennis Club, where almost all of the property in the development is listed for sale. In his spare time, he enjoys tennis and fishing.
