Roy Navarro

With nearly 30 years of experience in the real estate industry, I have successfully closed nearly 1,000 transactions across residential, commercial, and agricultural properties. I have had the honor of serving as President of two Associations of Realtors and have held key leadership positions with both the California Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors. My passion for the industry extends beyond transactions—I am deeply committed to giving back through service, mentorship, and advocacy.

During the financial downturn of the mid-2000s, I played a pivotal role in establishing a nationwide brokerage specializing in the disposition of distressed properties. Collaborating with top industry leaders, I helped develop strategies for navigating one of the most challenging markets in recent history.

Outside of real estate, I am an avid golfer, a devoted San Francisco Giants fan, and an outdoor enthusiast. I recently completed a section of the Pacific Crest Trail, embracing the challenge and beauty of the journey.
