In the past 25 years, I have worked in industries which places "You" the client as Priority #1. It is often said that Customer Service is a thing of the past.
I am here to reaffirm that it is not. As a Hospitality Manager I learned that attention to details is key. As a Project Manager I learned the ability to multi-task, be proactive and forward thinking. As a Residential Property Management Trainer I learned to be clear and concise in my communication. And as a husband and father I have learned the importance of listening and understanding the needs of others. It is these skill sets acquired over the past several years which make me a great fit for our journey.
