Stacia Koon

Stacia Koon has been an active member of the Tuscaloosa community most of her life. She is excited to turn that community focus toward real estate. Stacia has a passion for service in the West Alabama area and is ready to help with your home buying and/or selling needs. Stacia considers herself a Life Long Learner and participates in various learning opportunities to sharpen her skills, so she can be a better agent for her clients. Her most recent classes earned Stacia the AHWD (At Home with Diversity) and RENE (Real Estate Negotiation Expert) certifications. As a proud member of EXIT Capstone Realty, Stacia believes in putting people first and exhibits the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding client service in everything she does. 
When Stacia isn't making home ownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys cooking for  friends and family, and playing or snuggling with her 2 boxer babies, Barkley and Daisy Mae. Stacia is also a Special Education Teacher of 28 years. Stacia has a heart for diversity and inclusion of all people, Stacia lives in Tuscaloosa with her husband Jeff and daughter Kaleigh.
