Erik Lemons

Hello my name is Erik Lemons I was born and raised in Philadelphia. Working a 9-5 job I saved up enough money to purchase my first investment property. As I watched the steps in the transaction, I fell in love with the process of home buying. I spent time gathering knowledge of investing and the real estate industry and thought it would be a great shift for me such it was such a compelling industry. I spent my first five years in sales working at a local boutique office as their top agent and was featured as a Cover agent in Top Agent Magazine. Having a successful solo career I than decided to take classes toward opening my own brokerage mentoring agents. I am currently the Broker of Record/Owner of EXIT Elevate Realty. Exit Elevate Realty is dedicated to the growth of each agent. Our teammates meet regularly to brainstorm and help one another.
