Penny Thomas

Penny Thomas, a life-long resident of Southwest, Colorado is well known in the community because of her
many years of experience working with the public. Penny really enjoys working with people and gives
each of her clients the time and attention they need as they navigate through each real estate
transaction with careful consideration. Penny has been with EXIT Realty Home and Ranch for many
years, and the EXIT company has a high standard for excellent training and knowledge of handling real
estate transactions. Penny takes her representation for buyers and sellers seriously and because of her
integrity, she gives herself fully to each of her clients to receive all the knowledge, time, and attention
each person needs. In her personal time, Penny likes to hike, kayak, spend time with family and watch
her favorite shows.
