Maryann Gramlich

Maryann Gramlich is a lifelong resident of Allamakee County and current resident of Lansing for the last 20+years. She is very excited to be a realtor in this beautiful northeast corner of Iowa and the surrounding tri-state area.  She is licensed in both Iowa and Minnesota.  She currently serves Allamakee, Winneshiek and Clayton counties in Iowa and Houston county in Minnesota for all of your real estate needs. 
Maryann and her husband Jeff along with their 2 kids life just outside of Lansing.  In the last several years, she has assisted Jeff with his business and also owned and managed several rental properties. In their spare time they enjoy traveling and exploring new places, kayaking, fishing, boating on the river and many other activities available in this beautiful corner of God's country.
