James Ivany

James Ivany was born and raised in the beautiful Annapolis Valley. The majority of his family has resided throughout the valley for generations. He has extensive knowledge of the valley including local schools, community groups and sport organizations/facilities. 
Before Real Estate, James spent 23 years in the Canadian Forces as a Resource Management Support Clerk (Administration Clerk). His career saw him relocate 12 times across Canada and Europe, working with the Army, Air Force, Navy and the United Nations.  James received several awards during his service including two Commander Commendations for exceptional initiative and dedication to the provision of the highest quality of customer service, as well as a proficiency award from the Commander 2 Canadian Mechanized Brigade Group Petawawa for exhibiting the highest standard of leadership, dedication, and soldiering ability.
In 2012, James successfully completed the Salesperson Licensing course and joined the Exit Town and Country team.  James has extensive knowledge in Military Relocations, Multi-unit Investment/Rental properties, Farms, and vacant land.  Whether you are looking at buying or selling your dream home, vacation home, or a rural property/hobby farm, James is looking forward to providing you with dedication and customer service beyond your expectations.
