Heather Burt

I grew up in a family of real estate investors - 4 generations deep. I specialize in residential buying and selling with an emphasis on making each property the highest quality listing as well as consulting for investing purposes.
My achievements include working with my family on buying and selling properties locally, regionally and internationally, renovating homes with my husband, and turning Rehabs into short-term rentals. The Greater Lansing area is a superb investment spot and a fun area full of local outdoor adventures.
Prior to real estate, I spent the first part of my career (and most of my life) in my family’s business, short-term vacation rentals in Costa Rica. Having been part of an entrepreneurial family of real estate investors, home flips and investment property came naturally. 
I am an outdoor enthusiast, nature-lover and dog fanatic. When I’m not renovating houses from top-to-bottom, you’ll find me outside enjoying nature close to home or hiking in some far off mountain.
