Rita Chancellor

Rita has lived in Colorado for over 30 years. She fell in love with Denver and the Colorado lifestyle the first time she visited in her teens. 

Rita started her career in commercial real estate achieving recognition as one of the top 5 brokers in her company's office leasing division over multiple years. While raising two successful girls, she moved into the residential real estate field. 

Rita loves to help people find their next sanctuary, their next home or to help home owners who need to sell there home. Rita works with  first time buyers , home owners that are downsizing and  investors looking for properties that fit their portfolio criteria. 

Rita prides herself on being conscientious, compassionate, thorough, honest, hard-working, genuine and skilled. She loves helping people achieve their goals, whether it be buying a home , selling a home or investilng in homes.
