I am from a big family with 7 brothers and sisters. I have two children, a daughter and a son. I am also a grandmother. I was born and raised in Frankfort, KY and I graduated from Franklin County High School. This gives me great connections in Frankfort. I complete a property analysis that gives sellers the current market values. I communicate from beginning to end and assist with working out issues if I can. On request, I will do an analysis of property values based on the last six months of sales for a buyer to assist them in making an offer.
