Meet Janelle.
My name is Janelle and I am a Real Estate Agent at Exit Deluxe Realty Group. I specialize in working with investors in Baltimore Maryland. I love to assist investors with finding property to flip or hold. I have a great deal of experience locating properties that are profitable for flipping in different areas of Baltimore City and County. I gained the bulk of my experience while working with investors and attending property auctions.
Prior to becoming a Real Estate Agent, I worked as an Insurance Agent. Later in life, I owned and operated assisted living facilities. I studied Business Management at UOP, Addictions Counseling and Nursing at BCCC, and Human Services Management at UB.
I am passionate about helping people to understand they can own real estate. I believe that everyone should be able to own a home that is comfortable and suitable to their unique needs. In my spare time, I love to be with my family, grow plants, and study interior designers. I have a great gift of decorating and I operate a home staging company that I use as a tool to assist my
buyers with identifying properties and my sellers with selling properties.
