Nolan Chandler

I am a native of California, raised in Southern California where I grew up and attended college. After graduating from the University of San Diego, I played soccer overseas in Norway for one season before coming back to the United States to attend law school. I attended and graduated from Whittier Law School, where I met my wife, Marie. We have two beautiful children, Morgan and Westley.
 
After passing the California Bar Exam, I joined the Marine Corps in 2019 to become a Marine Judge Advocate. This is where I embarked on a dual occupation. While in the Marine Corps, I practiced law in the military, and simultaneously began my journey in real estate investing.  
 
While at Camp Lejeune, North Carolina, I invested in three single-family residences. Two are long-term rentals and one is a short-term rental at the beach. In addition to those in North Carolina, we now have two small multifamily properties in Kentucky. I have learned a lot throughout the last several years as an investor, and I am now ready to use that gained knowledge to help you buy or sell property to further your goals--whether as an investor or for your personal financial security. People have told me that they believe I go above and beyond to help them and that I am very responsive when they reach out.
 
When I am not assisting a buyer or seller, or dealing with tasks in growing our real estate portfolio, I love to spend time with my family going to the beach, going to new unexplored areas, or just playing with our children in our backyard.
