Pete Pitrelli

As a lifelong New Jersey resident, my passion for real estate has enabled me to buy, sell, and lease multiple properties over the years.  My desire to serve the community and assist buyers and sellers in reaching their dream of owning a home, drives me each day.  As a trusted business professional, my work ethic aligns perfectly with EXIT Realty East Coast standard of excellence, and I am very excited to join Team With Heart. 

Additionally, I have 35 years of construction and project management experience. I was Vice President of Operations at Quanta Services, negotiating contracts, meeting deadlines, ensuring customer satisfaction, and managing multi-million-dollar budgets successfully. I also worked as a Senior Project Manager for Con Edison, overseeing clean energy projects. I am dedicated, highly organized, goal driven and results oriented. I am very proud to be a member of the Exit Realty East Coast team and look forward to servicing sellers and buyers in the desirable state of New Jersey.
