Third, you will need an agent who will embrace the convenience of technology without losing sight the personal touch. Buyers will love the new resources offered to us as agents. We now are able to do specific searches for you and are able to automatically e-mail to you each day new homes the moment they come onto the market. However, for me this will never replace the personal relationship that needs to be maintained between myself and my clients.
