My name is Ashley Freiberg Delgado. I am proud to be born, raised in the Tampa Bay area and currently reside in the outskirts of Tampa in the rapidly growing city of Land O’ Lakes. As a child I remember going to Tampa Palms Elementary and just north of Bruce B. Downs was a dirt road, It’s definitely not quite that way anymore. Also, having family all over Tampa from Lutz, South Tampa to Brandon; it has given me great knowledge of many neighborhoods.
Since graduating High School in 2004 I have been in management for Starbucks, but I have now decided to follow my heart and fully pursue a new career path for my true passion in real estate. I strive to provide high-quality, personalized service to each and every person I work with. I recently purchased a new build construction and enjoyed the process from the start; from picking out my floor plans to the signing on closing day.
When I’m not assisting my real estate clients, I enjoy spending time with my family and pets or you could find me at the gym, beach or enjoying some retail therapy. I give all my gratitude to Jesus for everything he has provided for me and my family.
