Giovanni Cortes

Hello, my name is Giovanni Cortes and I am a real estate salesperson at EXIT Realty 3:16 in Cullman, Alabama. I have been a part of the Cullman community for most of my life. I grew up in Alabama, attended Auburn University, and found my way back home to Cullman after graduating in 2015.  Upon arrival I joined my family?s restaurant business (Buenavista Mexican Cantina) and helped manage/operate it until I got the opportunity to open a location of my own.
I?ve been blessed enough to develop a flourishing career as restaurateur which, in turn, has allowed me to explore commercial and residential real estate investing.
I believe my experience in restaurants, and now in real estate, helped me develop a tenacious work ethic that has given me possession of emotional intelligence and a professional poise that is necessary in the real estate field. My goal as a real estate agent is to assist my clients in preparing for what will likely be the biggest investment in their life, their home. As a homeowner and an income producing property owner myself, I know firsthand how important it is to obtain top dollars in a competitive market.
