Hi there!

I’m Susie, and I’m so glad you stopped by. I’ve had the privilege of helping people with one of life’s biggest transitions—buying or selling a home—since 2002. I began my real estate journey in my hometown of Grand Rapids, Michigan, and after moving to beautiful Colorado Springs in 2011, I continued doing what I love most: helping people. I’ve been licensed here in Colorado since 2016, and there’s nowhere else I’d rather live, work, and play!

With over two decades of experience, I’ve learned that real estate is far more than just transactions—it’s about people, relationships, and creating a sense of home. I’m a natural organizer and problem-solver who loves bringing calm and clarity to what can sometimes feel like an overwhelming process. Whether we’re planning your move, searching for the perfect home, or navigating the details of a sale, I’ll be right there with you every step of the way.

Beyond helping clients, I have a deep passion for mentoring and coaching fellow agents. One of my greatest joys is showing other agents how to build a relationship-based business through one-on-one coaching, helping them grow with confidence and connection at the heart of everything they do.

Outside of real estate, I’m a wife of 33 years to my high school sweetheart and a proud mom of four amazing kids. I absolutely love spending time with my family, especially camping, sunbathing, and soaking in the great outdoors. I also have a heart for community and enjoy planning, organizing, and volunteering for local events—anything that brings people together and makes life just a little bit brighter.
