Patricia Ragin-Washington

Patricia Ragin Washington is a native New Yorker, born in Manhattan and raised in Huntington, Long Island. After graduating from Stony Brook University, she joined the New York City Police Department, rising quickly to the rank of Lieutenant. A few years after retirement, Patricia entered the field of Real Estate, selling her first house within a week of receiving her license.
Patricia is very hands on and makes sure her clients, buyers, sellers renters and landlords,  are fully informed on all aspects of buying, selling or renting a home.
