Christine ("Chris") Goddard's real estate journey began over 25 years ago as a passion for buying, rehabbing, and selling residential investment properties, along with owning and managing a large apartment complex. Through these experiences, valuable insights into navigating the complexities of real estate transactions with ease were gained and led her to becoming a licensed real estate agent in 2014.
Christine also brings a wealth of experience and expertise in client satisfaction that can be attributed to her 30 years of service as a government public servant.  During these years, Christine was focused on growth and economic development of rural America and gained a deep understanding of creative financing solutions, residential and commercial loan underwriting, grant programs, and construction oversight of residential, commercial, and large utility infrastructure type projects.  She also developed relationships with federal, state and local officials, a variety of lenders, title companies, attorneys, non-profit organizations, and both small and large businesses.
