Lee Ann Spann

My husband and I have lived in the Greater Antelope Valley area for the last 29 years.  After a rewarding career as the Executive Assistant to the Warden at the California State Prison, Los Angeles County, I wanted to give back to the community and assist prospective buyers and sellers in their real estate needs.
 
I have been a licensed Realtor®  since 2006 and I earned the designation of GRI, Graduate of the Realtor®Institution in August 2008.
 
In January 2020, I began working with Exit Diamond Realty in Lancaster. I am proud to be a part of this company, which has a strong reputation as a hands on, people oriented business.  Given my passion to help others, this company seems like a natural fit.   Over the years, I have assisted a number of buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.
 
In addition to my real estate business, I enjoy spending time with my family and my church family.
