As your buyer's advocate, LaQuita will research, evaluate, and negotiate the purchase of the home. Her sole motivation is to ensure that her clients' interests are represented and that they receive the best-guided purchase experience.
For her listing clients, LaQuita Hearn-Quinn showcases her homes on her website.  In addition to researching the local real estate market, assisting with determining asking price, coordinating visits, and negotiating with buyers on her client's behalf, LaQuita is also an experienced home stager and event producer.

LaQuita is a wife and mother. When she is not spending time with family and friends, she serves as Vice President of the PTO, Secretary of a non-profit board, and Development Manager for CAASE.
