Prior to real estate, I was the chef/owner of Tierra Mar Restaurant, Atlantica Catering, and FRESH Hamptons.  In addition to buying and selling real estate, my experience includes the rehabilitation of several homes, restaurants and Hotels.  Working with local lawyers, architects and builders I learned the mechanics of property evaluation and real estate development on the east end, and I am now very happy to share that knowledge with my clients.
