Hey, my name is James! I chose to get my real estate license because I recognized the unending need for driven, effective agents in our area. I chose to join EXIT Realty Birmingham for two primary reasons. First, we have a fantastic team of highly effective professionals, and with the friendly atmosphere and collaboration we foster success within each other. Second, the opportunities for training, education, and career development remain unmatched. 
 
 
I began my career in real estate in Birmingham Alabama, where I was primarily an investor/business owner. I originally got my Master of Accounting degree and CPA license in Alabama, and after years of practice, I found my passion lied in the real estate industry. I pivoted my career to investing in real estate and found that I can provide even more value to others if I could also act as an agent.
 
 
Having worked in real estate investing in the Birmingham Metro area, I have first-hand knowledge of local neighborhoods, the school systems, and the community dynamic of our area. I can be counted on to be thorough, informative and punctual in my work. I look forward to the opportunity to locate and sell family homes and investment properties in the Birmingham Metro area, including Birmingham proper, Bessemer, Hoover, Talladega, Alabaster, and surrounding areas.
