As a Delaware resident since 2000, but truly fell in love with this beautiful State when I began vacationing here in the early 1980's. Delaware offers it all, from the gorgeous beaches of Rehoboth & Lewes to the country setting of Milford, city living of Dover and quaint historic towns in between, such as Georgetown & Milton.
My vast experience handling both Property Management & Rentals have given me insight for the various reasons someone may want to purchase your property, whether it be for a vacation home, investment purpose or year round residence.

Growing up in St. Thomas, Virgin Islands has made me appreciate the stress free living of a beach area.  In my spare time, I am a novice beach metal detectionist.  I also love playing & spending time with my two small rescue dogs, Sugar and Cookie. I am an advocate for animal rescue.
